OmniForm is a service. You provide your precedents to us and we return a powerful OmniForm which contains multiple files in one document. By combining various precedents in one file, you can draft documents much more quickly and with greater accuracy.
A single OmniForm is specific to a single practice area/sub-area. For example, if you practice estate administration and corporate law, and you provide us with your estate administration precedents and your incorporation precedents, this is two separate OmniForms.
OmniForm is for legal professionals (lawyers, notaries, paralegals, legal assistants, etc.) who use Microsoft Word precedents to draft client documents. Examples of our clients' practice areas and sub-areas include:
OmniForm saves you time and makes you money by improving the precedents you use every day, preventing errors, and increasing accuracy by reducing the need to copy-type.
OmniForm replaces multiple documents with one single document. By combining multiple documents into one, you can replace multiple fields instantly and save time by not having to re-enter data in multiple different files and keep track of various documents. Using an OmniForm also reduces errors that come from repetitive data-entry. OmniForm are easy to navigate and keep various forms together in one file, as opposed to being spread out across multiple files which may exist in different folders. Finally, OmniForm leverages Microsoft Word - software that you already have. There is nothing for you to download, install or learn.
We need the following from you:
We may also need to contact you for clarification if it is unclear on the face of your documents which fields are to be custom fields. Once we have everything we need from you, we will return to you an OmniForm (a single document) and our Instruction Manual. We aim to return a completed OmniForm to you within five business days of receiving your deliverables.
No. Our job is to compile your preexisting precedents into more usable forms. We do not draft new content or provide legal or proofing services. If your precedents or the language they contain are in any way defective or cause any kind of legal liability or claim, it is not the responsibility of OmniForm.
If there is any problem with your OmniForm and it is not doing what it is supposed to do, advise us immediately and we will do whatever is necessary to correct it.
Yes. Your OmniForm belongs to you and you may make whatever changes you wish. You will presumably wish to add content and revise your OmniForm over time to keep it up to date with current law.
We accept payment by credit card, cheque, e-transfer, or wire. We require that you pay the deposit before we begin work. We expect payment of the balance within 30 days of us delivering your OmniForm(s) to you.
